I really wish the economy wasn't in the shitter.. besides all the obvious and unselfish reasons... I'm in a funk where I just make excuses and sit around and not do anything if I'm alone. I'm OK right now if there are other people around to distract me and put me in a better mood, but left on my own I'm just a bum and I don't want to do anything and there's stuff I should be doing and I just put it off. I've been not calling my landlord for about 3 weeks now. I need to consolidate my school loans. I need to make a hotel reservation. Etc Etc Etc... not gonna get any of it done.

I've been very MIA lately... I think it's Facebook's fault... and I've been very busy. I moved 2 weeks ago and my place is still a mess, I've been spending all my free time trying to get the house sorted.. and hanging out with friends, and being on Facebook. I spent all day putting together furniture.. tables, lamps, dvd racks.. my thumbs are sore! :(
Making some plans for later this summer.. going to go see The Kinsey Sicks with Abby in Ogunquit in August! SWEET! And hopefully going to see Avenue Q with Teresa and probably some others in Springfield in October. And Nina wants me to go see Bryan Greenberg this Friday in Boston. And ABby & I are gonna go to the Ben & Jerry's factory in Vermont next month! ) YUM. I love me some ice cream!
The boy is trying to find a job in the area so he can move out here and move in with me. He got an offer he's thinking about taking, but he's not sure yet.
It's more convenient for me to go visit my parents now that I've moved, but my grandparents are there for the summer and they annoy me... so we'll see about that.
It's been nice for a while now, but I haven't really done any fun outside things yet! And it's almost technically summer which will be over in like 2 months and it's going to go by too fast, it always does, I really hope I find time to enjoy it :( it seems I spend all year looking forward to summer and then it goes by way too fast and I don't enjoy it as much as I should. Stupid life.
OK I gotta go find Fiona and get to bed! Another fun filled work week coming up.. joy.. at least I have to look forward to Charles being here Tues & Weds and then we're doing TV night Thurs.. sooo I'm not going to have any free time all week! Wish me luck :)
